Publication Forum processes personal data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679). Personal data can be collected, for example, when registering for events or making suggestions in the JUFO portal. Website traffic statistics
Publication Forum websites use Matomo for website traffic statistics. The data is used in the development of the websites. Data is collected, for example, about which site the user accessed the site from, what time and where the visit took place, and which browser and device were used. The exact location of the user is unknown.
In the collected data, the last two bytes are removed from the visitor's IP address. We do not use cookies, and the collected data is not disclosed outside the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies, the Committee for Public Information and the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK. Employees of the above-mentioned entities, whose tasks include online communication, have access to the data.
The data is maintained on servers located in Finland, and the data is not transferred outside the European Union. The data is not combined with other data sources, and it is not used in marketing.
